Photo Flight Tools is a mission planning platform designed for professional aerial photographers and licensed pilots. The platform provides tools for flight planning, altitude calculation, target coordination, crew management, and mission documentation.
Not for navigation. Photo Flight Tools is a planning aid only. It is not certified for official FAA navigation, flight planning, or air traffic control purposes. Always verify all altitude, airspace, and regulatory information through official FAA sources before any flight.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Photo Flight Tools. By using the platform you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The platform is intended for use by licensed pilots, aerial photographers, and aerial operations professionals. You are responsible for holding all applicable FAA certifications, waivers, and authorizations required for your operations.
Access to Photo Flight Tools requires a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Organization owners are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring that all members comply with these terms. Owners may invite members, set roles, and revoke access at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for unlawful purposes.
You agree to use Photo Flight Tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including FAA regulations. You agree not to:
Photo Flight Tools integrates with Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Maps. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
You authorize Photo Flight Tools to access your Google Calendar and Drive data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from your profile settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
Photo Flight Tools and all content, features, and functionality of the platform are owned by Red Wing Aerials LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Mission data, target information, and other content you create in the platform belongs to you. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
Photo Flight Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Aviation disclaimer: All altitude calculations, airspace data, and planning information provided by the platform are estimates only. Pilots are solely responsible for verifying all information through official sources and for the safe conduct of all flights. Red Wing Aerials LLC assumes no liability for flight operations conducted using this platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Wing Aerials LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
